Below is a list of scriptures that are powerful, yet easy to memorize. Memorizing scriptures is key to your walk with the Lord. Memorizing scriptures will imprint God’s words on your heart. When you need them, you can call upon scriptures from memory and speak them out to keep yourself strong in the Lord. They are the tools in your toolbox. You can incorporate these scriptures into your prayers. Speak God’s words back to him. Your prayers will become stronger and this will build up your inner man or woman.

There are so many scriptures that can become your core scriptures. As the years go by, your list will keep growing. You can certainly have core scriptures of your own that speak to your heart, that are not on this list. May I suggest the following powerful words of God as core scriptures.
